I’ve never been one to make NYE Resolutions…

…but there’s a first time for everything… I guess.

This year I generally plan to do a better job of taking care of myself, in the ways that are most important - my finances, my health, taking inventory of the things I want MOST in life and actively pursuing them.  

The Mint.com bLog is giving me LIFE right now — with really practical feedback and advice.  Not only because it is telling me about the item at the top of my NYE list (my finances) but also because it just makes sense. 

Keep an eye out for more as I peel back the onion.  And I’d love to find an accountability partner to compare notes with… I’ll keep an eye out for you in the rebLogs :-)

Resolution #4: Take Better Care of Your Health

Action Plan: Start small and commit to flossing your teeth each night to prevent gum disease, which is linked to an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. Schedule a routine physical with your physician (to be completed by the end of January) and develop your next goal and baby steps from its findings. You can even make simple changes, like shutting down your electronics a half hour earlier at night to improve the quality of your sleep or drinking two more glasses of water each day.
